1- ORGANIZATION STRUCTURING

We help you allocate, coordinate and supervise tasks towards the achievement of your organization’s objectives. We also design structures for the optimal distribution of tasks and functions to ensure fluid and efficient operations.

 

2- JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Through job analyses, we help you identify the competencies and skills required to accomplish tasks, and the needs of the organization to produce work. 

 

3- POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We assist you in establishing and customizing systems to support your administrative personnel functions, performance management, employee relations and resource planning.

 

4- GRADING SYSTEM

We evaluate your employees using a grading system in which the level of an employee’s performance would not vary much from their job role. We help you determine the percentage of employees assigned for each grade, which is also influenced by your organisation’s policies.

 

5- SALARY STRUCTURE

We apply a method to set salaries for each job, which involves doing market comparisons for job types, and using the pay set for positions above and below in the organizational hierarchy as internal gauges. We help you define seniority and job roles and administer a fair compensation strategy, which we will revisit regularly to ensure competitiveness and tag to the market pace in which the pay advances.

 

6- AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

We organize tasks and decisions based on the responsibilities of each member or group in your organization. We also set clear chains of command for all employees, creating a structure of accountability with the requisite flexibility and delegation composite.
