The Organization Diagnosis, is our primary, essential method for getting to know an organization at all levels- from the surface levels to the deepest hidden parts that aren’t visible. We go through Environmental scanning, analyzing your external and internal environments to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, identify the positive and negative affecting factors.
After the Diagnosis phase, we are able to see pieces of the organization that didn’t align and because the diagnosis took a high-level view of the organization, but it also required deeper level analysis for completeness. So, it became a straight forward process to begin identifying inconsistencies in relation to the organization’s values and goals.

3- CORPORATE GOVERNANCE:
We analyse your governance structure to define the distribution of rights and responsibilities among the members of your organization (board of directors, managers, shareholders, creditors, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders) and specify the rules and procedures for making decisions in corporate affairs.
